Dear [salutation],
It has been a privilege to serve you for another year in Congress. The holiday season is a special time to reflect on the past year and all that we can look forward to in the new year.
In 2026, I will stay focused on delivering for San Diego. I oppose much of the Trump Administration’s agenda and will always push back when it threatens our community; I will also support the Administration when I agree with its actions, like I did this week when EPA Administrator Zeldin announced a new agreement with Mexico to help stop the flow of wastewater across our border.
I will always stand up for what's right, work to solve hard problems, and deliver real results for the people I represent. That includes advocating for affordable housing, clean air and water, reliable and affordable energy, fiscal responsibility, and San Diego’s vital role in our national defense.
I wish you and your families a warm and wonderful season, and a happy and healthy new year. Thank you for the honor of serving you.
Please note, my office will be closed from December 24th – January 1st. We look forward to assisting you when we return on January 2nd, 2026.
